Q. Where is Lowbrow Palace located?
A. You can find us at 1006 Texas Ave, El Paso TX 79901. We are the grey building on the corner of Texas & Octavia. We have both indoor and outdoor spaces, please visit event pages for details on which room the event will be taking place in.
Q. Where is paid parking located?
A. Paid parking can be purchased directly from event ticket pages, you can see where parking is located at this LINK
Q. Are vapes allowed into the venue?
A. No. We do not allow smoking or vapes. You will be asked to return your vape to your vehicle or discard of it.
Q. Who can I contact for questions about tickets I have already purchased?
A. Please visit https://www.seetickets.com/content/support-centre for support.
Q. What do the different ticketing tiers mean?
A. All ticket tiers are the same ticket type and NOT different levels of access or experience. Select the lowest priced tier available.
Q. Where can I purchase tickets for shows?
A. Tickets can be purchased at www.lowbrowpalace.com or at the venue box office during shows.
Q. Is there seating?
A. No. Our venue is standing GA unless otherwise noted on the event page.
Q. Do you allow large bags or backpacks at the venue?
A. We do not, sorry!
Q. Do you allow pepper spray?
A. Nope! Pepper spray will be held at box office for you to pick up at the end of the show.
Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. We accept debit, credit cards and CASH MONEY.
Q. How old do you have to be to attend a show?
A. All of our shows are ALL AGES unless otherwise stated on the event page.
Q. Can I leave and re-enter the venue?
A. We do not allow re-entry, please don’t ask 🙂
Q. Do you allow outside food or beverage?
A. We do not, please leave it in your car or you will be asked to throw it away at the door.
Q. Can I bring my camera to shows?
A. Professional cameras are not allowed at the venue unless a request has been made AND approved directly by artist management.
Q. I’m a professional photographer and would like to shoot an upcoming show. Who can approve this?
A. Photographer applications are currently closed, but you are welcome to submit your portfolio to info@lowbrowpalace.com
Q. I’m in a local band and we’re the next beatles, who do I hit up?
A. Fill out this form! (we do get a lot of submissions so please be patient with us <3)
Q. Can I host an event at the venue?
A. You can, please reach out to christian@lowbrowpalace.com and we’ll figure it out!
